Forest Hill Ace Hardware.

I think what I expect from this store is far below what they achieve.nnI have come in a few times, because they had a few things I was interested in. I could not find anywhere in person. The teams are really nice folks, that have always taken their time to help me out with anything I am looking for.nnI went out of my way to spend some more money here because they really are a decent experience. Not too busy, but fairly flowing. a rugged team that at least makes me feel like they are talking to me. Not through me.nnI haven't had a bad experience in any way. I always seem to leave with a smile and the teams have done a wonderful job keeping the shop up to pace.nnI am not looking for super clean, super duper organized or even somewhere with all the new things. What they do have? An awesome selection of plumbing equipment without a hundred kids running around. They have an awesome bolt and nuts location with everything easily accessible not locked away. With fun little bags to keep tabs on what I'm picking out.nnI like being left alone too and just wondering and I found this place was fun to find some new projects to think about.nnAgain, they do a wonderful job for me and I'm super happy when ever I stop by.nnSome of the younger guys have been really helpful and consistently see them helping others. Older guys do a wonderful job with the right knowledge. The ladies in the shop are wonderful and helpful as well.

Has alot of electrical, plumbing, and lawn stuff than anything else but it's still a good place!

Don’t waste your time going into this store. Most of the time they are out of the exact thing I went in for, but the last straw was today. I waited in line for a bit to get a piece of glass cut. When it was my turn I asked for help and he chuckled and said there was no way he was cutting a piece of glass for me 10 minutes before they closed. There are other more polite ways he could have expressed the same thing.nNever shopping there again. Rude.

The staff I saw in person was really nice and helpful. I called first to confirm they had what I was looking for and Nope! 35 mile/ 1 hour drive and they didn't have the specific canning pot I was looking for in stock. Still a nice ACE location.
