I want to like this store, rather than go to a big chain. But every time I've gone in, the staff act like I'm an inconvenience. I'm also curious why the owners only respond to positive reviews on Google - it seems negative feedback is a vital component to improving a product...? I'll still shop at Hayward, but I would be happier if they would strive for friendlier/more helpful service. :)
Seemed not so friendly staff..cashier helpful..loaders gave me the runaround.. Was told to walk yard to look for help ..ended up leaving without a caution red flag at end of load ..oh well maybe bad day..after thanksgiving.. Turkey trot..overall pardon the turkey
