Best referral we’ve ever had, honestly. Brady took such good care of us- we were first time home buyers and didn’t realize how good he was (even though we thought he was wonderful from the start) until our Title Company recorder wanted to personally meet him and thank him for his expertise and, in her words “how well we were represented” from this agent she hadn’t worked with before but who had so much expertise in the business. They care on a personal and a professional level, which I find extremely difficult to find. He has been great, and timely and we are so so happy with our experience. We’d recommend them to anyone!(:

Where I am related to the owners, let me give you the inside scoop on what happens behind closed doors when there are no facades whatsoever. Because I have witnessed what happens behind the scenes, I can attest to how they truly treat their clients. When HomeTowne Real Estate is representing you, you become family. I have translated for them and seen how they put their clients first. I have been the grunt worker that my father volunteered to go help clients with projects that would improve their property value. Brady was extremely helpful. Besides being available to look at any number of homes whenever we requested, he helped us figure out what kind of home was right for us. We told him that we didn't want a town home or condo up because we wanted a house. In our price range the only houses we could check out were 100+ years old and that wasn't going to happen. Brady suggested looking into town homes. We said, no we really want a plot of land to call our own. Brady patiently walked us through a bunch of other 100+ year old homes per our request. After awhile he could tell that we weren't making any progress and he kindly suggested looking at a town home. We reluctantly agreed and we found our now home in about 2 weeks. If we would have just listened to our realtor we could have saved 6 months of looking at dumpy houses. Brady has been the least pushy and most supportive realtor we could have asked for. Very knowledgeable and capable of dumbing down all the contract lingo so we knew exactly what we were getting into. Thanks again Brady for all your help and support through the home buying process!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brian, Trina, and Brady are the realtors for you! They are some of the most honest and sincere people I have ever met. They will do anything and everything they can to get the deal done. There is nothing else they care about but you during the home buying/selling process and they make it very clear. They are the best of the best!
