I went in early AM. The store was not busy. Approximately 10 employees. I spent 30 mins in 1 isle-multiple employees walked by. No one offered assistance. I went to locate an employee-2 were there-they could not answer my question- the male walked away & said she can help you. She didn’t know what I was talking about, I asked another employee-he didn’t know either. For a hardware store the employees don’t know much about its contents or about customer service.

Everything you need. Customer service is sometimes spotty, but adequate when you need it. Extra star for dog friendliness.
At first glance, the store is an optical illusion. You think it's much smaller than it really is. Then you walk in, and you are just amazed at the size of the store and the selection it offers. Everyone in there is super friendly and is a member of the local community. Being a local member of the community means that they take pride in serving the community they live with. Rossi's has never disappointed me :-)
