I have been to both locations and I prefer the one downtown opposed to the one off of 6th ave. It has a classier feel. However, I feel people could have been more friendly. I chose because they use all natural products (Eminence), which I am use to but I use a different brand (Elina Organics). I went in for microneedling and was super excited for this experience. My esthetician (Jenn) took a while to warm up, at first I felt like I was an inconvenience to her Saturday morning. During the procedure I felt a lack of confidence or knowledge but I was in the hot seat so told myself to trust the process. Well the next day started the worst facial experience I’ve had. My face broke out in huge white heads all over my cheeks and chin for 2 weeks, I never have these type of white head breakouts. After the first week I was devastated because I got microneedling to get rid of scarring and was just getting more dark spots from all the new zits. I went in for her to see my face and she did a quick face cleanse and told me she thinks what happened was she went went over my “active” breakouts during the procedure and spread them all over my face. This was shocking to me! The manager said she couldn’t give me a refund because all facials are a risk, which I get but this was an expensive procedure that turned out so wrong. All in all it took me weeks to stop breaking out and the dark spots from where the huge breakouts were remain on my face. My cheeks still haven’t fully recovered, it’s been almost 2 months. I will be sticking to the Elina Organics products I am use to and will continue my search for a trusted facial place as I am new to Washington.

Saw Becky for PT (pelvic floor specialist!) And am jazzed. Everyone was so patient, I had to bring my three kids because of lack of child care. Becky was attentive and informative. She was sweet with my kiddos and so helpful! I'm glad to come back over and over for her care!
