Oh brother, they should change their name to Writer of Petty Tickets. San Rafael PD is the real deal. CMPA obviously have too much time on their hands.

I had a wonderful experience with a officer Scott McKennan from the Central Marin Police. He was really nice and even answered some questions I had about the traffic and what time Redwood High school got out so I would not end up in traffic I was wondering about traffic going to HWY 101 coming from Doherty ave in Larkspur. This experience with officer McKennan really made me think their are some really good police officers in Marin and out there in general. I Have a new respect and gratitude for police officers in Marin and police officers. Don T.
