The lady wasn't nice at all, other than that good store
Stood outside at 6:40 pm. Virginia and managers would not let me in saying there was more than store limit of 25 people and they close at 7. I stood there and counted the people inside there were only 15 people in the store and 20 minutes left till closing. I knew exactly what I wanted. High speed drill. I hope the owner sees this review. Very disappointed. Been buying tools here for years.
Cheap tools and a great return policy... cant beat it for the basics, or the quicky jobs... not ment to last if you want durability... just a heads up.. ya get what ya pay for... its a handymans candy store otherwise.. lol

I woke up early checked the website harbor freight opens at 8am. Drive 1 hour to get there and its closed till monday. Nowhere on the internet does it mention that. I guess I will just take my buisness elsewhere.
