Burgers were par. Don't know if I'll go back
Why even wear masks if you aren't going to leave your nose covered. That's where covid comes from! Your mouth and nose! Employees need to wear masks correctly. That's how they kill grandma if they are asymptomatic carrier.
Love this location!! Did an order thru an app for pickup. For whatever reason it didn’t go thru on their side. Rather than risking me getting over charged the manager came and fixed it, I didn’t even have to ask nor pull a Karen ud83eudd2d Then the crew laughed with me about how much we love technology today ud83eudd23 ooooh... they make bomb shakes! Thanks guys.
Going to assume that no one who gave them 5 stars was ever there on the East Coast. Five Guys policy is to basically fill the cup with fries, and then fill the bag with the same amount. American excess? Not really. Back in Philly, a large fry was enough for my whole family to share with their burgers. In the PNW, you get enough for two people, and pay a 10% tax on top of it. I guess it's a matter of perspective. At least the staff was friendly and quick. Burgers were top notch.
Im still here 40 minutes after placing my order online to be ready at 7pm. It is 740pm. This is absolutely frustrating. 48 dollars to wait essentially. What a way to spend a Friday after work.
