Short handed and they still provided excellent food and service.

Picked food up...pretty fast and good.

Beware if you order through Door Dash for this location. This Red Robin location (Lakewood) has consistently left items out of our orders over the past few months and/or given us the wrong items. One time a whole burger and fries were missing. Called to make them aware of this persistent problem and the manager did not seem to want to address what at the restaurant is making this happen, instead advised me to just get a refund with Door Dash, when what I was hoping for is the location to change their practice to help customers get the food they ordered.nnDoor Dash was great and refunded me a fair amount.nnThe food from this location is as good as other Red Robin locations.nnDisappointed with their customer service. This is the only location offered through Door Dash for our address.nnWill probably pay more money in the future to use another service to make sure we receive the correct order when we want Red Robin.nnSide note: We very rarely have problems with other restaurants not getting our orders correct or leaving food out when ordered through Door Dash. This is the only restaurant and location that consistently gives us problems.

Wow! I purchased the most expensive microwavable dinner ever. I strongly suggest not ever opting for pick-up or delivery unless you're prepared to reheat or recook your meal. I only hope dine in service is better. Either way I don't suggest this Red Robin unless you searching for disappoint.
