Great job to Terence and the Lakewood crew!!!!!nnFinally got my wife's car to the car wash after promising for a loooong time.nnDidn't get the top package but the car looks 1000% better.
First time I used this place to wash my car. The guy who initially spoke with me was nice enough. He explained the different costs and what they included, and was helpful, and respectful. Going through the wash I could see that it wasn't properly cleaning stuff. My mirror got more or less one side cleaned and the other was left with a layer of dirt caked on it. I also noticed new spots where it looked like my car had been scratched down to the primer which I know weren't there before. Later on when I had a chance to look my car over, I found numerous spots where the wash failed to clean leaving dirt patches behind. And the kid who dried my car off was so half hazard about it. I'm not particularly happy with the results. Would really like my money back.
Best place ever to go even if they mess up the staff is very understanding and accommodating definitely recommend
Had to wait a few minutes after I got out of the wash until I was directed where to go to have my car dried. When they were done, my mirrors were still wet as well as my rear windows.
For Car washes this place is my favorite, they take great care with your car and the job they do is top notch. Prices are better than others in the area. I prefer this place over the local competion.
