Reyes was our technician and he is very good at his job. He ran into unexpected issues, and he was able to explain them to us well and implement some creative as well as standard solutions to help us through them. He had to make multiple trips to our home, and the owner of the company even came out to help him and ensure that we were receiving great service. Reyes will be out again soon to help us with another ongoing issue, and we couldn't be happier with the level of service, professionalism, and the good value! We highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Reyes, especially!!

We had the best experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! From beginning to end. I called a few times with questions before setting up an appointment and Leslie was very patient answering my questions and then managed to schedule us for the next day. My mom was very nervous even while getting a free estimate but Reyes immediately knew the issue with the plumbing was in the main line and explained everything he did. We really appreciated that Reyes worked so quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We were happily surprised it was more affordable than expected and will make sure to have the plumbing maintenance done with Mr. Rooters to avoid any future plumbing issues.

Reyes Chavez was a ray of sunshine. He was professional and wore his face mask and kept social distancing at all times. He repaired the clogged pipes. He even took the time to inform us how to make sure we don't have the problem again. He explained how to use the BioChoiceES product to receive the best results. The price was also reasonable as we are retired and live on a fixed income. Please make sure this young man is recognized for his profession behavior and the service he provided. Great job Reyes!!

Isaac my tech texted me when he was on his way to my house. He arrived at the appointed time. Isaac was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way. He went over the estimate with me to ensure this is what I wanted. Was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. Great job!

I called Mr Rooter for a second opinion on an issue with my sewer drain. The staff were extremely professional and friendly when setting up an appointment for a technician to come take a look at the issue. Reyes was the tech. that arrived on time for the appointment. He gave me the options and his recommendations for what I was describing as the issue. After confirming the issue he explained what possible solutions they could provide. Once we decided on the solution he allowed me to see the step-by-step process with the camera in the pipe to show the before and after. He explained thoroughly everything he planned to do and why he was going to do it. Reyes and Josiah went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and ensure that my problem would be resolved that same day. I’m extremely grateful for such an honest and customer service oriented company and staff at Mr. Rooter. I will definitely be using this company moving forward and would highly recommend them!
