The office staff are the most disrespectful and indifferent people I've ever encountered in a school. They hide behind a wall and glass window and ignore or scowl at you if you dare approach the window to inquire about YOUR child. They need customer service training. They need to tear down the wall and build a welcoming atmosphere. These people are why we need charter schools!
I love this school. I have had only positive experiences here.
