Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

There was a few workers who were very happy to help even though they probably weren't happy about being there. And they did the best they could with serving my family. Boxer (Maybe it was Baxter, I forgot), and Michael. They were really nice and understand about different eating restrictions and the beer we spilled. This place has really neat staff and I would recommend it.

Very nice staff here in this location. First time here as I was passing through. Great customer service. Waitress kept checking to see if I needed anything. Manager stepped out to see how things was going left us her name and told us to talk to her if need be. Welcoming place. Love all the staff and how they greet and as you walk out. They talk to you as if you were a friend that they been known. Awesome job ladies.

Unfortunately not very good☹ufe0f Waited 30 min for a text to be seated. Went and signed to use the restroom and the greeter was unaware we were waiting for a text to be seated, they had seating available. Our server was very upbeat and friendly. But food took very long to come, silverware was not brought to our table. Wasn't even brought when a chicken salad was someone's entree. Waited another 5 minutes for silverware. I don't go out often, I think it's a waste of money. I was very unimpressed with my hamburger was very soggy did not seem fresh at all. For being at half capacity due to our current pandemic one would think service would be a little bit more personable. Unless that is that to go orders are taking away from servicing their dine in customers.

Yesterday was my first time being at a restaurant since the pandemic, and I gotta say I didn't so so good...I had dropped a whole glass of soda on me... got all my clothes and shoes wet...I forgot how to act at a restaurant from being away from one too long ud83dude2d, anywho...i loved the food and had an amazing waiter! He was awesome and always happy!
