I asked for not toasted and they gave me toasted. Then they gave me the wrong chicken.

Our kids sandwiches were made incorrectly and we pointed it out at the cash register that we had ordered two kids meals, not two 6” meals. The lady that made the sandwich said sorry, that’s not what I made you and turned away while the other lady rang us up. I said it repeatedly, we would like two kids meals and were told sorry, too late now. No offer to correct the mistake. Plenty of other choices here at the food court, so we won’t be ordering here in the future.

I've been sick since I ate at this place, I noticed the the vegetable weren't fresh the person in charge had fresh tomatoes and in the same container on the side had old tomatoes I noticed as he prepared my sandwich he started using fresh tomatoes but suddenly switched to old tomatoes, I ate my sandwich and guess what?now I'm really sick.

Sunday afternoon with a rather full mall. Walk up to the counter and both female employees are sitting down between the back area and the front counter. I try to order a tuna on wheat and she goes to the tuna bin and simply says they are out. I find it hard to believe there wasn’t more in the back in one of their refrigerators but she uses that as an excuse for me to order something else but I tell her that’s all I wanted and to disregard my order and she simply turns around and makes a smart comment to her coworker and laughs about it.nnI don’t frequent malls at all but happen to be here with my daughter. Maybe it’s expected in places like this but I would avoid this place.

Firstly, having been with someone who in the past had worked at a Subway and confirmed with them, the portion was way less than what its supposed to be. Secondly the employee making my sandwich didn't even ask if I wanted anymore toppings after closing it and wrapping it. Finally even though at the beginning we said we had coupons, they continued to make the sandwiches and only after the fact at check out informed us that they do not accept coupons, though no sign was posted. Bad service! I would post zero stars if it let me!
