I dropped off my Egyptian cotton down comforter to be cleaned. They told me to pick it up after 10 AM two days later ..nI picked it up around 12:30 PM two days later .. when I picked it up they told me it was not all the way dry yet & my comforter was stuffed in a bag not folded damp & wrinkled. When I dropped it off they asked me if I wanted it unscented or scented I requested unscented when I got at home and laying on my bed for a few hours (to hopefully dry).. my room permeated laundry detergent smell. I can’t even use my comforter same day of picking it up because it’s still damp on my bed hours after and still stinks of laundry detergent. I’m very disappointed after having high hopes.. ): we will not be using this location again. (Front desk was kind but the service was unsatisfactory)

I like this dry cleaner. They are family owned for a couple of generations now and I like hearing their stories. They do good work and their prices are fair. I've had a shirt or two altered and they do a good job. When we had an issue with a coat losing it's lining during cleaning, they fixed it and made it right. I recommend them to all of my friends.

I brought a men’s suit and dress shirt in and was pleased when they told me I could get it next day since I needed it for a wedding in three days. I didn’t inspect the items till I got home. While I was happy to see they had gotten the white dress shirts collar super clean the ironing job was horrible. I had to iron before using and they also didn’t press the suit well either. The lapels were not laying flat and you could see scorch marks on the tips. So disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend bringing anything fine, such as silk, to this establishment. They don't know how to treat it with care They ruined mine and won't accept responsibility. One star is too generous of a rating.nThey are not members of the BBB.

Fast friendly service, and they always do a nice job. Pricing is very fair as well, significantly less expensive than other Puyallup area Dry Cleaners. Ive been a regular for several years now, and couldn't be happier with their service and great value!
