They did a great job. You could tell the guy took a lot of pride in his work and made sure everything was perfect. He was quick, prompt and thorough. It was the best cleaning out of any carpet cleaning service we have had.
They were really easy to schedule, did a great job, and had the best customer service. They even got out a coffee stain and a chocolate stain in our living room. We will definitely use them again!
I've had a lot of mediocre experiences with other carpet cleaning services, so I didn't expect much from heaven's best, but the results on my carpets definitely exceeded my expectations--especially for the price. I have a puppy that has ruined my carpets, from urine and other pet stains, and I thought the damage was irreversible. I was even considering replacing my carpets entirely but then I heard about Heaven's Best so I figured why not just try one more time with some one new. BEST DECISION EVER. My carpets are like new now! Also, I'm a busy man so I was dreading waiting around the house while he cleaned my carpets, but he was quick and very thorough. The owner was very professional and explained how his cleaning system works, rather than just doing the job and then leaving. He seemed really genuine about making sure he did an exceptional job. I will definitely have him clean my carpets again in the future.
