Do not use their bathroom. The bathrooms are not public restrooms. These bathrooms are only for employees. These are not customers bathroom. One of the workers told us to leave immediately and we got kicked out. So one of the workers told us that you got 10 seconds or we asked us to leave. What kind of a customer service is that? And is this how you treat your customers like that?
It looks pretty clean but I have only been here 2 times.. This one I am now sitting in the parking lot because apparently nothing opens over off canyon until 5 am.... Lakewood has a lot of 24 hr stores but not here I guess.
I chose this Shell because it has a car wash. Imagine my surprise to find the car wash was being worked on. A heads-up would have been nice. I won't be back.
The cashier/associate... (his name is You) was so rude . I walked up to the counter ( I am the only customer in there) We are looking at each other... I say Hi...he gives me a I could care less look and gave no response. So I say Hi again.... we have this long awkward stair down , he is raising his eyebrows. I said, what you don’t say Hi? He says Ooh Hi.nIs this how you treat your customers?
I know someone who just left here and me nor will anyone I know would I ever recommend walking in this place. First of all we brought a refill cup for soda and after filled it were told they don’t do refills so I had to pay the full two dollar price, not that serious. Go to leave taste the soda it’s flat as hell take it back in and ask for a refund and then were told they also don’t do refunds. Guess that’s why they had to clean the soda off the floor after words, serves them right.
