Supercuts

They always do a great job on all our family haircuts.

My boyfriend always goes to this place, he always has the same gal do his hair and it's always really good and amazing. The past few times hes gone to get his haircut, that same gal wasn't there so another person had to cut it. And every single one of those times they made it look horrible. They cut it too short or they messed up the fade. NOT happy. I'd rather just have my mom do it, she's a better hairdresser.

Called and made appointment a day ahead. No sign at the door or online asking/requiring to call and make an appointment so people were walking up (as they were accustomed to doing before the pandemic) and turned away by the stylists as they were all mid-cut. Maybe better communication of the requirement to the public would help make this easier on everyone.

The lady was so rude. I also told her how I want my my hair cut but she did her way anyways. Felt like she was rushing cutting my hair, I was probably on the chair for less than 5 minutes and that for doggone $23. Will never go back. Will tell families and friends to avoid this place.
