Have had really great service from Alex and Gena. They have colored my hair, waxed my brows and cut my hair. They are also knowledgeable about their products. This shop is located in the Walmart store across from South Hill Mall.

Gina is awesome ! I believe shes the manager there and shes done nothing but a great job on my haircuts! I was skeptic at first because I did have a long hair that I grew out for 2 years and I decided it was time for a haircut, the first lady who did my hair was okay... she was nice and friendly though she cut my hair a little choppy and I went back in and had Gina fix my hair and shes done a beautiful job. I always go back to Gina to get my haircut !

I specifically told Nisy yesterday not to cut my hair but to do a light trim. She told me she would do that, but of course went to cutting. I’m so upset I’ve grown my hair out naturally for 2 and 1/2 years and my hair length is now terrible that I’m now having to fork out money to get my hair done in braids. If you are a black woman specifically I urge you never to step foot in this salon. I wasted $45.
