I live right by two big Home Depots, but I choose to drive all the way to this Ace Hardware because the experience is so much more pleasant. The prices are comparable, and the personal service is honestly unheard-of in 2020. If you find Home Depot stressful, Long Beach Ace Hardware will be your salvation.

Don't be fooled by the seeming smallness of the store when you walk in, they have a surprisingly extensive inventory. It's not always easy to find for yourself what you are looking for; however, luckily they have an always helpful & knowledgeable staff. & competitive pricing to boot. Love this ace!
