Been a loyal customer here for years, even referred others. When it came time for alterations to mine and my daughter's dresses for my son's wedding she kept saying she couldn't do things we asked and seemed to have a hard time understanding and communicating. When she quoted a price of almost $400 w/o dry cleaning we left. Found another place about a mile away where we got exactly what we wanted for about $100 less including dry cleaning. Never going back.
Beautiful alteration on a silky dress with a ruffled hem. Ready when promised, and I feel at a very fair price. Will definitely return!
