Super nice friendly owner who tried 3 times to make this right. Great for dry cleaning but don’t take uniforms to get sewn.nnBrand new uniform and new patches never worn.nnThey were fabric glued on and not done correctly. Wouldn’t give me a refund because they tried 3 times to fix. This was the results after trying to fix the 3rd time.
They always remember my name. I don't even take a ticket anymore. I just drop and go.nAlso, she altered my suits after losing a bunch of weight, and my suits fit great.nThanks for being our friendly neighborhood dry cleaner for so many years.
I only had to go here one time, and then they new who I was. They're so very nice and do a great job. I wish that I could have taken them with me when we moved from Orting. I'm struggling to find a cleaners with the great customer service that they provide at Fine Touch Cleaners.
They ruined my Victoria Secret hoody with fur. Fur looked burned and matted.
Wanted to support the local business but they wrote my husbands name on all of his dress shirts in sharpie. Won’t ever go back.
