It's fast food, not much to compliment. We ordered double meat, it looked average. The place was packed and it took around 10 minutes to get our order, it was obvious that drive through got preferential treatment. The fries were hot and sandwiches were warm.

Food is fine and all, but if I come order from the breakfast menu at 9AM and end up with lunch/dinner items, its kind of a bummer. Apparently I should have specified that I wanted them from the breakfast menu? Seems weird to me...

Fine place for quality Cheap food. i love snacking here. the bill was reasonable i would say.

Nice place for delicious cheap food. Super place to meet and chat with coworkers. The bill won't shock you. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.

Well, I like Arby's food, but there seems to be a customer service failure as well as a fullfillment of order failure running rampant in the food service industry. Arby's, failed with my order. They did not include the items I ordered, not did they verify the payment receipt while doing so! When you PAY for something, you expect to receive your purchased items as the PAYMENT you tendered was received by the vendor! It is know as a contractual agreement. I pay you for services I expect fulfiled as promised and agreed upon. Learn to listen and listen to learn. Do your job with excellence or get out of the industry! Arby's is not alone. Companies all involved in food services and even Grub Hub, Uber Eats, and others are failing miserably at paying attention to details. With Covid all around us, food services are not busy at the counter generally. Consent rate on you job, quit the apathy, and do your job with excellence! You shorted my order and did NOT rectify this issue! KC
