I went to this location in Puyallup and V did my nails and my child. The problem began after we both got our nails & pedicures done, I asked her about the pedicure products if they contained any type of coconut or coconut products in it, she tells her no, But I start itching and breaking out getting hives all over my legs! So I come back and ask her again about what it contains and she gets upset with me and says it doesn’t contain any of that stuff maybe next time you bring your own lotion and products!!! I’m happy to support businesses, but I hate that we paid $140 she didn’t care I broke out, or that I’m allergic to products, even though I told her this before we started. I feel V being the owner should have done better than this.

Love this place, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. They are very kind and take their time with you, plus the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.

I was very disappointed with this salon. The staff seemed to argue over who was going to do my nails in an empty salon. The gal who did my nails didn't take care of my cuticles after removing my old gels. She used the electric drill to remove the gel and my cuticles. Then as she applied the dip color she did not clean up around my nails causing the material to gather on my skin. Now my cuticles hurt from being sanded down and my nails look like I did then with my non dominate hand. Not worth $45. Only plus is the color is nice.
