Meanwhile squatter destroying my property cutting down trees selling as firewood. No help or civil rights in livingston county so I moved. Love Utah..

Brayden wants to be in charge but so does Deb regardless of what the customer feels or wants. They like to use the no cause order to vacate to their benefit at all cost and for any reason if you challenge them in any way. They are self-serving unprofessional and very unresponsive when questioned why on anything. I don't know how they are still in business. Deb is an insecure unprofessional liar and a thief! If you do deal with her notice the fast-talking and wonder why. Somebody needs to take their business away and put them out of business the sooner the better they are absolutely scandalous and I think they have the police department in their back pocket on top of it all! The minute they took over Cambridge Park Apartments the drug dealing and drug using was right back in the place. I guarantee whoever buys Cambridge Park will not be fully disclosed to on the Plumbing electrical and other structural issues that are highly expensive fixes! I wish I had looked at the reviews before I had to deal with them and I hope anybody in the future does better than I did and does see these reviews and avoids the local ERA in Richfield, Utah. I also hope whoever does buy it and is not fully disclosed to contact me so I can verify they knew the issues prior to selling the place. Anybody giving anything other than a negative review on here is probably in the same ward at church. They are flatout lying or a personal friend and have been asked to put on a good review for their benefit or combination of all good luck to all of you. Anyone I have talked to that has dealt with them has nothing good to say about any of them especially Brayden and Deb.
