Subway

I went to this subway and got excellent service today, my sandwich was made perfect and exactly how I wanted it in a timely matter too! The girl Sarah who helped me was very sweet too which is a nice change to this subway.

Every time I go into the yelm store Miss Amanda is there with a happy attitude and this is just a breath of fresh air. Thank you for always being consistent your customer service is always above and beyond.

Dawn, one of the ladies preparing the subs, was very rude and nasty. We almost left and we should have. She acted as if we inconvenienced her. Not going back if I can help it! True, the other lady, was very nice.

The girl starting my sandwich was very friendly. The one who did the veggies and ran the checkout had one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen, as if breathing is an inconvenience for her (let alone customer service). You could literally feel the misery permeating off of her. Didn't have a nametag, but she had some orangish highlights in hair. Beware

I've ordered quite a few sandwich from this Subway. Usually i get a good sandwich but today i got the worst sandwich i have ever ordered from a subway. It was missing half the ingredients i had put on my online order no extra meat, no mayo, i added extra meat but it was not on my sandwich and it had barley any Guacamole. To top it of they put way to many green peppers when i only order a few on it. Also they forgot to toast it. I've ordered this exact custom sandwich 3 times. The first two times is was good but today it was horrible. I paid $14.69 for this sandwich. If your gone place an online order drive the extra mile and go to the one in Roy.
