Salon Nouveau

I was excited to try this salon, I called several times several different days. Tried messaging for same day appointment and even left a voicemail as directed by their answering machine and no one ever got ahold of me. I will no longer waste my time.

Made the mistake of using a box color on my hair a few days before leaving for an-out-state wedding. The brown I wanted was vibrant red-purple! As soon as they heard this, one of the owners, Greg, made arrangements to get me in right away. He took great care talking to me about process/results and getting me to the color I wanted.
