I made appt. By their rules day before. Went to appt and no one there,waited 1/2 hour still no one there. No phone call letting me know,just left hanging. What a joke!! No professionalism here!!! Even though salon hours posted said they were open. Even went online rebooked thinking maybe they forgot but no just not interested in opening or working I guess!!. Bad Bussiness.

Janis (the layer queen) was great! She did a wonderful job with my highlights and haircut, and the price is unbeatable! Literally half the price of other salons and just as good. I also had a cut from another gal there that was one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Definitely recommend.

Was just there had asked how long of a wait was told 20 minutes. I had returned within 15 min sat just outside the window and the person I spoke with I was sure had seen me. Then another customer walked up and someone else came out to help and walked them back to a seat. So at this point I was ignored/overlooked and I am done with going there. I liked the convenience of getting a haircut while my wife shopped but no more.

Did great to my hair love it.
