Hi-Tech has always taken exceptional care of us. On the most basic level of service, in 3 years, they have never lost or damaged an article we’ve sent them. Hi Tech cleaners is a great dry cleaning business. I had a vintage 100% silk kimono that needed dry cleaning, and I was afraid it would get damaged because of the fragile silk fabric. The owner Anna was so nice, she explained to me all the possible outcomes but assured me they would use the most gentle method to clean it and not only did they get it done in a day, it came out perfect!nnI would definitely recommend Hi Tech for your dry cleaning needs especially for silk kimonos or other fragile silk products. They are professional, know what they're doing, and very responsive and friendly.nnThank you Hi Tech!
