They ask you questions and then interrupt you while you are answering their questions. They don't listen. Once you get pass the front desk and talk to someone important, like sergeant Elliot, he was great at listening and working with you. I give 2 stars to costumer service but 5 stars to the sergeant

Called to report a vehicle parked partially in our entrance but according to the parking guy that came, it's ok...nnNo wonder there's so many fender benders on Monterey Pass road....
