My 4-star rating may be slightly generous, but not by much. Considering today’s climate (in all senses), it’s a good start to what could be a thriving alternative to Kimball’s. System fixes will ensure customers aren’t left waiting in a perpetual que having already purchased a monthly pass plan. Outstanding customer service from the attendant working this morning (he deserves credit for at least 1 of my 4 stars). Hang in there & keep it up!
Car wash doesn’t wash my car. Left all the dead bugs on my front bumper and windshield. There was no tire shine after I had purchased it and it doesn’t dry your car well at all. I get that it’ll never completely dry, but this was a bad drying job. Also the blow dryers for the cars bend my front license plate. Car doesn’t look any different. NEVER COMING BACK HERE
It's an express wash. It does a pretty good job. Rubberized wash devices are a little strange. Pre-clean is usually mediocre. Nice workers. Wish they offered self towels.
It's a brand-new and fresh looking place, but the wash couldn't even remove bugs off the windshield. If I hadn't paid cash and declined a receipt beforehand, I'd have requested a re-wash or asked for my money back. I will not be returning and would not recommend to others.
Paid $19 and my truck is still dirty. The guys that prescrub didn't do much at all. Dirt all over door still
