Massage Envy

We’ve been trying to cancel for three months leaving messages and no one would return our calls I go in today and meet with the Serina who gave horrible service and still wouldn’t cancel my membership. Their website says you can email or you can call or you can come in in person and write a letter I challenge you to try to do any one of these things. These people care only about your money have little to no availability and it’s a complete scam joining this. I’ll be complaining to the Better Business Bureau, the AG’s office and small claims court will be my last stop. Don’t waste your time or money joining this scam club. Buyer BEWARE

My friend and I bought certificates for each other for Christmas. We wanted to do a couples massage. We called in January just to be told the earliest we could get in was April. Then in March they called to cancel our appointment. I called and complained and tried to make a new appt. Asked for a call from a manager. No call. I called them 3 more times. No answer. I stopped in this morning to reschedule in person. Finally found an appt in June. Until they cancel again. Cant get my money back . Dont go here.

I am very disappointed in this locations customer service. They don't answer the phone at all. You can just keep calling and nothing happens. I understand that all Massage Envy locations are run differently, but wow this one is the worst. I am now living in Bothell and I cannot get anything done because Gig Harbor is horrible when it comes to communicating. I do not recommend wasting your time at this location. Go somewhere else! I would like to give the rating a 0.

GIG HARBOR IS THE WORST!!My massage was unbearable. I let the massage person know I only wanted back, neck feet and hands. Well she did not listen to me and started message my upper thigh and I asked her to stop. I let her know again what I wanted. AGAIN SHE DID NOT LISTEN, she spent 4 minutes on 1 of my arms??? why?? I asked her to stop again. She then only spent 30 seconds on my hand. She had spent so much time trying to massage areas I did not want massaged. Even though I was very clear before we started as well as 2 more times during the massage. I could not wait for this hour to be finished. I left there way more stressed out then when I went in. I told the Gal at the counter what had happened. She assured me she would take care of everything.nSpeed up to 2 weeks later when I get a conformation call for my next appointment with a DIFFERENT therapist. I asked if my last session was charged with the bad massage. She said you you are charged. I told her what happened. She said there were no notes except not to book with this therapist. So, I explained the entire scenario again . She apologized and said she would get back to... NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!nI called the next day and guess what... Not a single note in my file. So I have to explain everything again. UGH. this is way more hassle that its worth. The gal I am explain this to said she is not sure when the manager is in and she has no authority. So now I am scheduled for another massage at a place I hate!! NO resolution, No follow up.nSave yourself a ton of stress and go to the Tacoma Massage Envy.

I've always had great service here. They are very friendly and always greeting me by name.
