Pomona

I used to take 291 to Tri City Mental health in Pomona from this location. I noticed urine smell on the Garey Ave staircase and last I knew elevator is broken. Restroom is closed off after 6pm and all day on the weekend. Alot of the lights don't work at night. It floods the tunnels and Bridge in the rain. The Foothill Transit store here closed in March for covid 19 and yet to reopen it to the public so, forget about purchasing your fares here. I don't understand why Foothill Transit don't reopen it I live in Pomona CA and difficult to get to west Covina and El Monte hate spending all day on the bus. Bottom line nothing special average bus station.

I have been to this train station several times. However, it was not to catch a train, but to wait for a bus, at the adjacent transit center. The place is quite wide, there is also The Palomares Adobe at this establishment. There is one train line, which goes to Riverside, or to Los Angeles Union Station. Also, there is Amtrak service, which goes to New Orleans. Despite the positives, this place is not safe at night. There are a lot of panhandlers and junkies in the area, who roam the station at night time. Furthermore, the place is not clean, and it smells like urine. So I would recommend only to stop here, when you need to catch a bus or a train.

Here at 2pm. Waiting room almost empty. Parking is fine. Warm weather let's you enjoy your the sunshine outside. Not sure how to get to the other side so went to street crossing.

Customer service was great rep was very knowledgeable what a pleasant experience would come back and definitely recommend if you have questions or need help getting atound

In addition, there is a Metrolink line which connects people going to Los Angeles Union Station or Riverside. Without the train line, a Silver Streak bus line, which goes to the downtown area of Los Angeles. Now the negatives of this station. There are a lot of homeless people roaming around. Also, the place is not clean, and smells like urine. In addition, I would not recommend to wait for a bus or train, when it is the night time, and it is not safe. Still, this station connects to other areas. This is the reason for the three stars.
