Very disappointed on April 10th 11:55 p.m. was having a little bit of Tire problems pulled into the parking lot behind the Panera Bread on Foothill Boulevard police car sitting in the parking lot in the corner I got out to check my tire after a minute the police car Road by I said nothing to me as far as help or anything I thought if they see somebody in distress they should offer help very very disappointed love to La Verne Police Department but that was disappointing and if that officer ever sees this I hope he remembers doesn't hurt to ask if someone needs help that's what you're there for take care out there

I called 2/9/19 to report a water leak on our street and the woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude . My friend called as well to report the same leak a couple minutes after I did and the woman actually hung up on her... this is not the first time dispatch or the people that answer the phone are so rude!! Pretty frustrating for such a wonderful city!

I happened to look at the window 1:30 AM 9/11/2016. I saw this La Verne police patrolling around our area in Guava St. He stopped in front of our house and checked the parking car outside. Appreciated so much. Feel protected seeing officer patrolling around. Peace be with you.
