This department needs to be completely shut down a federal investigation is needed and will be asked for by the citizens of this country.nA link to the video that is on YouTube has been sent to the Attorney General of the State of California as well as the attorney general for the United States it has also been sent to every news agency in the Burbank area I can't wait to see how they are able to turn this video around and show that the person taking the video was doing anything illegal and warranted anything that happened to that gentleman.

This is the second time I have seen the city worker referred to as Dohle on a youtube video acting highly aggressive towards a law abiding citizen that was filming on a public street. He pushed against, was non communicative and belligerent. He did exactly the same thing on another video by repeatedly asking a citizen filming if he needed medical attention even after being informed that the citizen was fine and being told to leave said citizen alone. In that instance as well he backed the citizen up by at least 50 yards down the street asking over and over again and completely ignoring the answers. In this video he does the exact same tactics and even bumps up against the citizen and claims that he was battered. This city worker is totally unfit for the duties which he is being overpaid to undertake. The fact that he is a veteran worker with the city is something that the city should be ashamed of. I will also mention that the city worker who also refused to identify themselves until a superior worker showed up that refers to themselves as Dolan is an accomplice in the harassment of the same citizen by not stopping the worker by the name of Dohle commit his illegal act. Finally the supervisor that refers to themselves as Saucedo condones the actions of his out of control workers by making multiple excuses for their behavior and claiming that his whims and wishes trump the United States Constitution and starts to lie about his right to make up laws to pertain to any particular situation as he see's fit by stating that he knows laws better than anybody because he gets paid to know them. Every one of his statements pertaining to the laws were a barefaced lie. Once again he is a worker of multiple years of service and the city should be ashamed of employing him. This reflects horribly on the whole fabric of this supposed free society and in particular this city that is so proud to continue to employ such money leeches that have been paid for far too long to ineptly perform their duties and each should be removed. I do want to commend a police officer named Richard Massa who was calm, quiet and very professional in his demeanor. He was probably in fear of reprisal though if he had of asserted himself on the other city workers who for some reason are his superiors.

Unsure how officer DOHLE is still allowed to be on patrol. If you watch the youtube video by Johnny Five o, you would see officer DOHLE & the lady cop(who is just as guilty because she never stopped the tyrant) harass & bully a citizen TAKING PICTURES IN PUBLIC FROM A PUBLIC SIDEWALK! The last 3 officers that showed up need some retraining asap before allowed back on the streets too...I mean, is this what is taught? How can these people believe what they were doing was right? That tin badge DOES NOT allow them to take away peoples' rights. A PATHETIC SITUATION ON BEHALF OF ALL OFFICERS INVOLVED.
