This is a wonderful place when you work with natural stone. You find everything you need and that at a great price.nnEverything is very clean and well organised.nAll employees are friendly.

Helpful, but I was told a specific type of tile edging only came in 3 colors....when I asked him to double check...he assured me we only had 3 choices. My colleague found that they in fact DO make the piece we needed in more colors than just the 3 this guy said. Other than that....cool spot.

This place has the worst customer service. I was referred there by Imperial Tile so I stopped in today & it was the worst experience I’ve ever had from the moment I walked in. I walked in & no one approached me to see if I needed help or had any questions not a single person. It was as if I was invisible. They had like 4 or 5 guys working & one or two customers so the lack of service wasn’t because they were busy with other customers. They were just standing around doing NOTHING. I was referred to a guy named Pancho. After like 10 min of just waiting around I approached one of the guys & asked if I can talk to Pancho & he says that will be me. I was like great I was referred to you by Imperial Tile so he says ok & that’s it. He was busy warming up his lunch so I wait a few more minutes & he finally comes over & hands me a book to look at with all the options they have for what I was looking for & walks away. I spent about 10 to 15 minutes looking at the book. I’m assuming he’s gonna give me some time to look at the options & he’ll come back to see if I have questions or what I decided. But who was I kidding, every time I looked over he was just standing around completely ignoring the fact that I was there & I was referred to him specifically. At this point I had been there for about 40 min & was so irritated I decided to take by business elsewhere. Total unacceptable. It would be a major improvement if he spent half the time on his customers as he does on his hair. Will make sure to tell everyone I know what a horrible service this place has & will definitely let Imperial Tile know that they should NEVER refer anyone else there. Don’t even to give them one star if I could give them negative 5 stars I would.
