Amazing customer service. With Covid19 impacts on shipping things took a bit longer, but Will always communicated with me and kept me in the loop. Very satisfied w my new front doors too.

I had Coast Door and Hardware assist in the outfitting of my home with new doors and locks about 6 years ago, and when it came to replacing a large picture window about 10 feet off the ground recently, I was most gratified to returning for their assistance. The installation was expertly done. There was no mess to clean up, and the workmanship was first rate. The team was not only pleasant and easy to communicate with but highly also highly professional. We had severe rains within a week of the installation, and I'm happy to say there was no leak!

I had a great experience here. Sarah spent a lot of time helping us pick out the right door and glass. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I also commend her co-workers who all jumped in to help us at various times, so it was a real team effort. Best of all, their price for the door was $500 less than Home Depot for the same door. The guy at Home Depot was shaking his head at how Coast could be so much cheaper. I highly recommend this company.

I am compelled to write a good review for Coast Door & Window Company. I live in the state of Texas but I own a couple of properties in Thousand Oaks CA area for many years now.nI first used Coast Door & Window Co. a couple of years ago on a recommendation of my plumber. They replaced all the windows in one of my rental house and did a wonderful job.nIn January 2013, my tenant in another rental house called that a couple of windows are cracking and it looks dangerous. This house was completely updated in 2009. I tried to call my remodeler that installed new windows and doors at the house. I never got a returned phone call or email back from him. So I called Coast Door and spoke tonLynette. She remembered me and immediately went to check the broken windows. She told me the “good news” that the windows that were originally installed are fully covered by the manufacturer. I only had to pay for the labor. WOW, what honest company. In addition, Lynette filed all the paperwork with the manufacturer too, which helped me a lot. Job was done and I am very happy. A five star for this company is a must.
