Very unprofessional.This was my first job so I wasn’t experienced in operating the machines, And from what I was told by coworkers is you had to learn to operate the machines alone in 3 days time to keep the job.They made little no effort to train me and did not teach me how to use the computers for the machines, read the order papers and match the order with the materials to feed the machines, and how to label the right orders.These aren’t difficult tasks but you do need to be specific with your actions so as you don’t mess up a whole order and slow the production process. And these guys weren’t specific at all.The “training” they did attempt was half as*ed as if they didn’t even want me to learn or progress.I asked my supervisor (Danny) if I could be moved to shipping (Truck Loading) instead of machines (Much harder work than machine operator, longer hours,strain on your body, Lifting heavy things all day)because I felt I wasn’t getting the proper instruction for the machines.I was told to “wait until Monday” and what do you know. On Monday I was fired due to “budget cuts” for asking for a harder job.after almost 2 weeks of work and being paid for the first 3 days.It didn’t help that I only speak English so the I was doomed from the start when it came to training due to the machine operators speaking very little English. Unprofessional, piss poor training unless you shoot for shipping or speak fluent Spanish to where you can get specific instructions in training.the supervisors don’t care at all in helping you progress.And if you ask for any sort help from your supervisor they’ll most likely have another “budget cut” waiting for you.If your experienced in machine operation and don’t ask questions you’ll probably have an ok time working.But as a job for someone trying to get they’re foot in the door or build they’re resume, don’t waste your time because this place has no problem not training you, getting some cheap labor, and wasting your time and effort.

This manufacturer is the best in the industry not only do they have the best customer service but offer the best warranties.. Excellent customer care Starting with Mike B and Val J to the rest of the team .. I would mention them all but it would be to much to list .. extremely highly recommend.. best products in the industry not the least expensive but the best return on investment.. thank you Four Seasons for all your support!

Good folks, speedy service

I went in for an interview with Matt and was offered the position of shipping and receiving clerk. My first week there Matt was out of the office and when I went to report to my supervisor (Jay) he barely made any effort to train me or even fill me in on what my duties would be. The next day I was sent to clean out an office and file paper work. This was not the job I signed up for, not only did they not train me for the position but they had the nerve to fire me after my first week. This was completely bogus, a waste of time and very unprofessional.
