Have only walked by it but they cleaned it up from what it was and added some ramps, boxes and grind rails. Cool little spot located behind manifesto coffee and 1022 south j bar. It is fenced in so I’m guessing its private. Not covered so not protected from the weather. I have driven by this place a hundred times and never noticed it until i walked by it. Its in the foundation of an old building’s basement / below grade so its easy to miss. One of the cool quirky things that make tacoma a cool area. Ill add to this once i find out how to get access.
