Good burgers and shakes. The staff is always pleasant. We were welcomed and given time to order. The staff had good energy and all worked well together. Food came out quick. They tackled a mishap when an order was wrong with ease. Truly remarkable efficiency from the grill. Their communication was on point. Food is always good and you can't go wrong with the bag of fries you get. They are handling the pandemic well.

The food is delicious. Fresh cut fries, juicy burgers, and a variety of shake flavors to choose from! The interior looks great, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff as well. The food is pricey though and the music can be a bit loud.

The burgers are always perfect and made to order. I love being able to easily customize it. It's a little expensive so I don't go too often, but the burgers are worth every penny. This is my favorite burger chain.

Their burgers are okay but overpriced. But I love their fries. For me they make a meal. Ordered a regular fries and some malt vinegar. The fries came quickly and were so hot I could barely eat them. But they were wonderful. Unfortunately this is the closest location and it's over 20 miles away. Otherwise I'd be here at least once week for fries.

It's a 5 guys, so the food is pretty good. Service is friendly but very slow. Like really slow. Called ahead and showed up 25 minutes later, still took them another 15 minutes to make a single burger.
