Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Elisha my bartender was great. She knew the menu well and provided excellent customer service to me and other customers while I was there. Also Jennifer your server was amazing as well. Erika another server was very friendly. You have a great team. Keep up the good work. Your Miller Light beer's use to cost $2.50 now they are $3.50 please bring the price back down to $2.50 and you get a lot more business. Thanks Farmer J

Planed on taking my kids and family to the cheesecake factory. After being quoted 25 minutes and waiting 45 they tell me I have to many people and would need 2 tables at opposite sides of the building. And it would be another 15 minute wait! I stepped outside called red robins and they had a table ready with smiles quicker then I could drive here from the other restaurant. Wonderful service and food. We will defenently be back!

It was alright I guess. Ordered a double with some pink. One patty was perfect, other was borderline raw. No one came to check on us until we were almost finished so couldn't fix things or get refills on drinks or sides until the end. When we finally got the the sides mine was wrong, fries instead of salad. 5 to 10 minutes later got my salad. Another bacon burger in our group had no bacon.. It is what it is.

Has great burgers and also some lighter (calories-wise) menu. My wife had Grilled Chicken Sandwich with bottomless broccoli. Great service, too.

The food and service was excellent at this terrible scary time during this Pandemic. Everyone wore masks unless they were eating or drinking at the time. There was good distancing here, it was friendly and the food was very tasty and fulfilling. I would rate the meal 9.5 out of 10 for quality,good taste, portion size. The restaurant was very clean and sanitary. Let's hope this stays in business as it deserves so during this bad economy
