Subway

I didn’t get the guys name who was working last night (6/18), but he he deserves a big kudos for his friendliness and politeness. In such a crazy time, the world needs more people like him in it. Many thanks to you Sir.

I live in Seattle and come to this location anytime I'm in Tacoma. Alex is amazing and literally makes the best subway sandwiches EVERY single time. He also is just a wonderful person to talk too! Give him a raise, he deserves it!

I can't remember the woman's name who helped us but she was very down to earth and kind. Hope to see her again when we come in :)

I’ve frequented this location for a while now. I attempted to place a to-go order on the Subway app, but after 30 min of deleting the app, changing the payment method and exiting out several times, I repeatedly had an error message that wouldn’t process the order. Still wanted to give them my business, so I walked to this location requesting them to honor the buy one/get one coupon offered online. Even after explaining my repeated attempts to order online, they denied the request. Poor customer service after 30 min of trying to order a sandwich on their app. Won’t be returning to this location.

This location is TOP NOTCH! Staff are friendly and helpful. Always clean here. We have a big family and they are always happy to see us. Management and employees are AMAZING!!!!
