Subway

They don’t never answer the phone, occasionally they’re rude as heck (I’ve only dealt with one chick in there that is helpful & professional) and the app always says that they are closed when they aren’t but they seem to be open different hours that what is listed on the building. So after confirming on the app that they are in fact open I proceeded to place an order u know to avoid any possible customer service issues. So the charge comes through $52.08 and then immediately says the store cannot accept your order then it shows closed again. Now mind u I’m thinking okay the charged will be reversed nope hasn’t been and do they ever answer the phone? Nope.

Went in and was supposed to get a call from the owner/manager who never seems to be there. That doesn’t surprise me since they are opened when they’re not supposed to be and closed when they aren’t supposed to be, nor does the fact that I didn’t hear back from whomever seems to be in charge here. The whole franchise has a poor excuse for service but it doesn’t make what they’re doing right. If I go in acting up though I’ll be in the wrong, right? I don’t see the need to file a suit over something small but maybe just to show them that they can’t do this to people I might want to. Pathetic excuse of a business.

She was really fast!nWe had about 3 ft. Longs done in 10 minutes.
