I have the Manhattan Series knobs in polished nickel throughout my entire kitchen and I just LOVE them. They are 5 years old now, look like they were just installed yesterday and because they have little pins in the back to hold them in place, they don't spin or come loose! They are Simply Gorgeous!
Alno products are simply beautiful and the quality is amazing! So happy with my knobs & shower rod!
I have Alno Creative products throughout my home and love them. Unfortunately, there was a packaging error where a post for another product was included in the package. Granted I purchased this 7 years ago but the product design has not changed so I was hoping the manufacturer would allow the retailer to credit/exchange the part but we were told to pound sand. It's a bummer because while the time line is totally my fault, I would have expected that a manufacturer that can turn around and sell a $75 towel bar would want to retain a positive relationship with a customer. They would literally lose nothing but instead chose to have a less than desirable review posted.
