Several machines don't work. Some only take quarters. I've been overcharged because the machine goes through the authorization process, then won't start so I have to run my card through again. I was charged $15 when I only should've been charged $4.50. they automatically authorize your card for $5.00.nThere's homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk between the barber shop and the laundromat. They don't move until they're told to. They've done heroin out front. After they are told to move away they've gone in the laundromat and sleep. I don't like to go first thing in the morning because there's not really any people around.
My boyfriend was in there yesturday and his clothes was stolen and we asked the person on duty and he didnt even know to give us a number or even check the camaras
Rude management, but if you have to do laundry, it's ok... Just hope you don't have to use the bathroom, they don't have one.
I went once was a great overpriced experience I guess I got lucky with the machines I chose.nnsecond time I went the debit card swipers were not working but I didnt find that out until wasting 3 cups of detergent trying different washers.nnjust shut this junk down if your not gonna maintain your buisness.......
