The posts Office is an a wonderful public asset that provides our nation with so much to support business and private communications... they will literally take a letter and hand deliver it anyone in the country! They bring packages from around the globe to home... sometimes too busy/understaffed, but nothing out of the ordinary, The inevitable yet completely insane conditions under which the working class is expected to preform under...with seamless robotic perfection and speed...

every time I order a package they're always missing they're never in my mailbox because the mailman likes to throw it on the ground so people can grab instead of putting it in our actual slots. This is ridiculous.

Terrible experience. I was assisted by an older gentleman and with the name of Charles. I explained the situation, why I cane to this branch and he was no help and got upset because I was telling him what I was told by the customer care number. Contradicted everything I was told by another branch.

On May 7th I dropped off two packages one reached its destination and one did not and it’s almost been a month. I call the 1-800 # to file a claim and they tell me it’s still in town so go to the post office. I get there and there are like we don’t have it so you need to call the 1-800 #. I said I did that there is a claim in I was told to come here. Another teller not even involved chimes in says it must be lost somewhere at the shipping facility and that’s not our problem. They offer me no number to call and wouldn’t call for me. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. If I could give zero stars I would.

Quite honestly hands-down the best, most informative, articulate, fastest accommodations of ALL the shops around ABQ! They make sure to que you in if they feel your choice of shipping rate has you spending more angetting guaranteed speed/safety of deliver! They'll tell you if they think ya should consider little alterations to make your experience smooth! They clear lines that are equal in length to other places, if not longer of lines... and yet these men and women do it in half the time, 2x as smooth ... and always complete with a smile! Thank you!!!
