Big blue box store had what the big orange box store didn't. Big box store is boxy.
I have ordered a total of three major items from this location and paid for installation for each product. Unfortunately every time every order has not been on time. Calling the store is a huge hassle in itself, they do not answer the phone nor do they return calls when promise. They ordered the wrong French door so we had to reorder then waiting four months just for the door to arrive and then it took another month in a half to make an appointment for installation. After everything was finally set to go and two weeks passed the guy was finally here to install the door just to find out all the pieces were not delivered and the screen doors that was also ordered didn’t fit the French door. After all that we had to get a refund. Never again will we deal with Lowe
Good, found ad items wanted, wait in line was bit long, another customer needed assistance and was taking some time to happen leaving only 1 clerk open in garden area.
Always a great place for home improvements! Needed a 30amp extension cord for my rv. I just wasn't told isle 3......he took the time to take me right to the item I needed. Great customer service. Your competitor could learn a lot from your example.
They had exactly what I needed, their staff was more knowledgeable than their orange counter part, and the store layout is smooth - making it easier to find what you're looking for.
