We had a great experience with this store and their employees! Currently getting new carpet in the bedrooms of our house and so far, so good. The store had the most remenant carpet than the others; we were trying to save some money but it ended up being cheaper to get the same new carpet in all rooms.nOur family went to a few other places, 2 of which no one ever acknowledged us, coming in, nor shopping, it was disappointing and not helpful. Here we were acknowledged and helped right away. Had rooms measured today and install in 2 weeks! We're excited!
I went to The Floor Trader Outlet to purchase a small remnant of carpet. I’m building a little step for my elderly cat. Lucy Dilay helped me find one that was the right size and color. I’m not going to disclose the price, but let’s just say my wallet was the same thickness when I left as when I arrived.nBecause of Lucy’s wonderful attitude and her generosity, I will definitely patronize Floor Trader when I put new floors in my bedroom next year. We recently bought a house and needed new floor. We went here because it's family own and local. I'm all about supporting local as much as I can. We talked to Jairo who was amazing. We spent the full day looking for something to meet our flooring needs and after visiting multiple other locations we found Floor Trader Tacoma. We were Greeted by Travis he was both friendly and amazing to deal with. He was happy and friendly. I was blown away by the selection and the friendly attitude. We will be back soon!
