Home Depot stores in WA hire inexperienced personnel that doesn’t seem to receive enough training. The store targets primarily commercial customers, therefore lacks the one-on-one experience the company is known for at its Georgia stores. Lowe’s, right across the street is always consistent in its service ; the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, whereas Home Depot employees seem unmotivated and sometimes bothered if asked a question. As a Georgia native, I’ve always been loyal to the store and constantly use their credit card; that however, will be history soon.
I got good service today, was checking on the 12ft rolls of carpet, and price.nI am planning on getting two 36inch by 12 ft, in a few days.
The layout is really nice and easy to navigate.The customer service is excellent.
