Gave a writ of execution for service on 9/24/2019. Was told if they don't hear from the employer, I will be notified.nNothing from them after 45 days. When I called was told they never told me I would hear from them. The person, named Jane, obviously did not understand English to begin with. Was acting like I was the debtor and not the creditor, without even looking at the paperwork, even after giving her the case no. Finally, she got it and said the employer was mailed the writ but they didn't get a responses so now they will do personal service.nGot to love these public service employees, lol. Very frustrating.

This was the probably the most Pleasant call I've ever had to law enforcement in any state LOL the call was answered before the third ring and the officer was very polite and very knowledgeable! I'm impressed. The only thing that took away the other two stars is that the state causes law enforcement to infringe on the rights of the citizens at times and I have not received services so the three stars are a good faith toward the proper credit.
